INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT ORIENTATION FOR FOREIGN MILITARY PILOTS (IFO-FMS)
Chickatay-US Aviation is in its fourth option year of the IFO-FMS program, contracted to the Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron (AFSAT) at Randolph AFB.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To enhance the IFT students’ ability to succeed in UFT by beginning the development of the student’s aviation skills and ability to learn in a UFT-like environment while motivating the students for aviation careers.
COURSES
We motivate, introduce, prepare and screen international aviation candidates for entry into United States Air Force (USAF)Undergraduate Flight Training (UFT) programs, including:
Undergraduate/Specialized Pilot Training (UPT/SUPT)
Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT)
Combat Systems Officer (CSO)
Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA)
Flight training through Chickatay introduces and/or teaches the principles and techniques used in basic flying operations and ground training to supplement and reinforce flight training. Our current contract with AFSAT also includes instrument flight training for both initial and refresher training.
